If you need to extend the IR emitter cable  length - use the 50' Xantech accessory item - 784-00. If you need to extend the IR RECEIVER (7' cable length)- You must "snip" the quick connect end off and use a shielded 3-condutor wire. Gauge of cable required depends on how far you wish to extend the receiver from the connecting block.

You can control more devices by purchasing the Xantech 286M Dual Blink Emitters or the larger connecting block below. The kit above could control up to 8 devices with 286M dual blink emitters or up to 20 devices by adding the 079144 connecting block.  Please note that these are optional items and must be purchased in addition to the kits above. There are no substitutions to the Xantech Kits.
